Appointment requests

Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Appointments are confirmed by our team by phone or message. Slots are held only once confirmed.

Cancellations

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to another patient. Specific cancellation terms for treatment packages are set out in your written treatment plan.

Treatment and consent

All treatments are subject to consultation, assessment and suitability. Written consent is taken before procedures, and treatment may be declined where it would not be clinically appropriate.
